Just to let you all know that as from this year the powers to be are imposing a bed tax for tourists - tax de Sejour . Essentially 5% of the nightly accommodation rate . This money is supposed to be used to improve tourist facilities in Central Brittany. I’m going to be asking that they come and fix the holes in the road so that our biker tourists can actually get to us without falling off to pay the tax . I will post full details of the tax and how it is to be applied and collected in due course.
Been a fine day in Burlaouen. Put the smaller screen back on the Guzzi - too much turbulence from the big one .
The esteemed octogenarian Mr Pring arrives from London on his Mash . An inspiration to us all. Rocky on welcoming duty .
Pulled the Enfield out of the garage after lying dormant for the damp winter . Bit of a service and cable freeing and it was time to take advantage of the sunshine and a little run out with my trusty spanner man Rocky . Outfit started without problems.
